In the past we have imagined, and birthed many new friends from this location. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about giving your child the most memorable experience they can have creating a new bestie. They are always willing to come up with a unique back story that will often leave you laughing and allows you the opportunity to expand on while encouraging continued creativity, while nurturing communication which can sometimes be difficult with shy children. When kids ask silly questions, the staff is quite brilliant in coming up with brilliant stores on the fly. My kids have imaginations larger than they are, so for them it's a skill to entertain them. The staff here has never disappointed us in the many many years we have been coming here. They truly enjoy playing at work and it is evidenced in the way they treat you and your child/children when you're in the store. Every experience is unique and personal. We have never had a bad experience at this location. The cost is worth the experience you get here because of the staff. As a side note the store hours are different from the mall's hours so make sure you check their hours of operation prior to visiting.
