I personally had some good experience there with the equipment and the front desk associates, but I feel there should be a limit of people able to be there at once? It gets quite crowded and at times people have to wait longer then usual times to go to their next exercise. NOT TO MENTION- You can't cancel your subscription over the phone it HAS to be in person and/or by mail. I'll give it 2 stars due to the high quality customer service but that's all the goodness that's there.

So many equipment are out of service and inoperable. There is no repair planned for these. According to the front desk staff, their Planet fitness management has told them to not file any repairs. The treadmill are unstable, wobbly, and stops functioning in the middle of run. The equipments with no label of "not-in-service" are in dire need of repair, or it can cause personal injury to anyone. Once any equipment is out of service, it will not be repaired for many months.

Pretty clean, the staff is good, hours are back to regular now. I just wish that people would clean the upper portion of the tanning beds. For the price it's a great place. I love the hydro massage the best.

Since my boyfriend and I have been here, the staff have been super nice. They just check us in and we do our routines. What's nice is that everyone comes in, keeps go themselves, and does their own thing. Most people are courteous enough to wipe down the machines after each use. The bathrooms are relatively clean and kept in great condition. It's your standard Planet Fitness. It's a nice atmosphere. If you want most of the place to yourself then go around 3 or 4 am of you can. Around 5-6AM, people start trickling in for their morning workout.
