Not even one star. This place is HORRIFIC. I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy. Extremely unfriendly with kids. My son with sensory issues went there. The dentist was unprofessional, and rude. He was rough and told my 4 year old to start brushing his teeth more. Let me tell you that has been a very specific morning and nightly routine since his first tooth. My step son has three filling there in a row, same tooth, all of them fell out within 2 months and never did the office replace the filling free of charge. 2 months for a permanent filling?? What a joke.

Well, unfortunately 1 star is very generous. Following 2 fillings, I ended up going back because of the fillings 6 times. When I would call to set up a time to go in to the office, front desk staff would tell me that I should give the fillings some time because this is "normal." I think it’s safe to say, front desk receptionists do not have the credentials to give medical advice or weigh your need to be seen. I realize they aren't making money on my follow ups, but seriously?! Each visit my teeth were grounded down more and more, to the point where I ended up (still in pain) with a hole in one of my tooth that caught any food I tried to chew. During one visit he actually replaced a filling on the spot WITHOUT any numbing! Again, I get that they weren't making any money off this follow up and filling, but it's not my fault he screwed up! I wasn't even able to floss because of the pain. It wasn't until my last follow up that they FINALLY decided to do Xrays to see what was going on. They only did the Xray on one side and decided I needed one root canal. I immediately switched to Zysik's in Massena - AWESOME!! Zysik discovered that I had not 1 dead tooth, but 2 dead teeth which both required root canals, had air bubbles in other fillings (which explains the inability to floss due to the pain), and infected sinuses that were filled with fluid as a result of the infection in my teeth! I would highly recommend Zysik’s!

I have been a patient for several years now. I have had several fillings and a combined root canal and crown done there. The customer service is good. The dental assistants don't stab your gums during cleanings, which is always a plus. Their equipment looks up to date. I have Guardian dental insurance and this place is not in network, but most dental places up noth are not in network.They do submit to my insurance though and it goes through just takes longer. My only complaint is how busy they are. Getting in for a schedule can take a bit sometimes. Overall much better than my last dentist and no plans to leave.
