Dr. Amell is wonderful and the only reason I continue going here. The frame selection is decent. The store overall is disorganized and disappointing. I almost always have to wait at least 30 minutes for an appointment. Today I waited 40 minutes for an exam which never happened. I was told that I was unable to be seen for the appointment I called to make 3 weeks ago.
