Really a pretty terrible experience with this place. Walked in and was told I had a 20 dollar co pay with my insurance. By the end of it my bill was $109 dollars. And that was before even paying for my contacts! They failed to mention a 60 dollar contact evaluation. On top of that they didn’t even have the contacts I needed! So now I have to wait two weeks for these contacts that I will be charged for once they get there. Can’t wait to see what other “hidden” fees they will have waiting for me. All in all terrible experience

All of the staff I spoke with were kind & professional. There was a nice layout inside the store. They were very transparent about what the costs of services would be which was very appreciated. I would recommend.

Yes
They are usually pretty good about it. Although it may depend on how broken they are. They'll replace missed screws, nose pads or put the lenses back in if they've fallen out. They also have a really good deal on back to school glasses for kids. Hope this was helpful.

It is best to make an appointment (not sure if they take walk-ins, but you would be waiting forever). AND, if more than 10m late to your appt, you will be cancelled;)
