Questions & Answers

What if I don't have insurance?

Joanne Westerly | Aug 22, 2021

Joanne thank you for asking. We accept most major insurance providers and we also offer a payment plan for those that might be going through a period where they might not be covered. But we typically want our patients to have some form of insurance to help with the costs of rehab. If you would like to discuss what insurance types that we do accept or the payment options that we provide then please give us a call to discuss.

Come as you are to our facility, there are very few requirements. You will want to bring essential items due to the length of stay at our facility but there are very few requirements. If you would like more details then give us a call and we can discuss your specifics.

Hello, do you need to have insurance to be admitted to your facility?

We do require some form of payment to enter our facility. However we do offer payment plans if you would like to pay privately. We like to speak with our patients that might struggle with ways to pay for rehabilitation, we feel that it is very important for everyone to have the chance at freedom from drugs and alcohol, so we have helped many find the resources to help pay for their treatment. Our suggestion would be to talk with one of our account specialists today to find out what options we have.

I'm asking for a loved one, he is 22 years old and a drug addict, we were wondering if he would be able to get treated at your facility?

Jen, yes, we can definitely help out your loved one. We would love to have a discussion on what we can do to help him through this recovery. We have openings in our treatment programs right now and we can place him in a facility that can get the help that he would need to recover.
