Cherie Brown's story

Terrible! The woman on the voicemail sounded very rude. She is like I am closing this case per there are guidelines on when your employer can allow you to use the restroom. Just another rude employee doing a great job...lol

Quote from the investigator re-assigned to my case: "I'm just trying to go home; I mean, trying to find out more." That's a quote, not a paraphrase. The incompetence in this office is jarring. My case sat for a year with very little communication from them. Promises of callbacks and I would be the one calling to check on the status, only to be told people had been promoted and my case re-assigned, but they had to find out to who. Once I finally talked to the person who had it reassigned to them, he looked into it for less than two days in total.
