Depends on what house hold waste? Regular refuse .yes. You can.human waste .no but there are container for you to throw waste into.
Take and wrap them in newspaper and tape them to keep the worker safe they have a tendency to explode but if you wrap them well in newspaper they should be all right
Call Avera mental service dispatch tell her the nature of your problem and complained she will send out a form and the check it out if this is so he will make contact with the residence and explain the nature of his violation and try to resolve it that way if it keeps happening and we have to go back out will send him a letter of intent to send out a citation and take him to City Court
