Extremely disappointed!! Our previous experience 3 yrs ago was absolutely fabulous! The ambiance, service, and quality of food were 5+ stars across the board. Recently, we drove 3hrs to Healdsburg to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary at Dry Creek Kitchen. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, but the quality was sub par. The best dish was the dessert, but then again, what can go wrong with a lemon bar? The bread was forgotten and brought to the table right before dessert. Really? The pasta was way too salty with pickles and capers, the duck confit was dry, and the steak was without flavor. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Dry Creek Kitchen again.

The octopus starter and the NY striploin were great, however the service (i.e. our server, others were more attentive) was well below what you'd expect from a restaurant of this calibre and spending in excess of $300.

We were excited to try Dry Creek Kitchen after reading all the reviews and this lived up to our expectations. We did the three course meal and every dish was perfect. We especially loved the Hamachi Crudo and Seared Spanish Octopus starters. My wife said the Crudo was the highlight of our whole trip. Neither one of us are big sweet eaters but the Warm Butter Cake was to die for. We ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was the concert going on in the plaza was pretty loud but finished soon after we sat down. Just be aware the concerts are on Tuesdays from 6-8pm when planning.

Elegant decor, polished service, and deftly presented meals highlight this Charlie Parker restaurant adjacent to the Healdsburg Hotel. We were ‘wined” out so just went for the cocktails, which were well thought out. The tasting menu offered excellent choices - we had the liberty duck as well as the mustard ling cod - both ideally prepared. Our dessert was great; however, the kitchen was overwhelmed with a party over at the hotel so it was a bit long of a wait to get it - once it arrived it was delicious. Our server was very chill and experienced - he was not trying to upsell us on anything (I watched/heard another server do that to other tables and it was kind of obvious to me) Absolutely worth it if you are looking for the white tablecloth experience

Parking is always a problem in that area. Yes, there is parking, but expect it to be already taken by dinner time.
