We were lucky enough to come to Wildhaven with a large group for a wedding, and it was pretty damn magic. This is an ideal place for groups & kiddos due to the nature of the layout of the place, the limited driving/cars, and the expansiveness of the grounds. The tents are cozily spaced, but that means there's a lot of room around the property to spread out. River access is fun for playing in the water, bird watching, picnicking, or just a relaxing walk. The location is prime for the 21+ set who want to explore the many outstanding wineries in the area. The staff is laid back and friendly and does a great job keeping all the moving parts look effortless so that you can have a relaxed getaway; I loved chatting with them over the provided (and tasty) morning coffee. The small sundries store is well stocked (including ice for sale); there's a huge adjacent deck for lounging. We had a single queen room, and there was plenty of room for the two of us. The bed is memory foam and we slept like babies. (People really respected the quiet hours.) The porch area is spacious and the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening cocktails; we had room for our two large coolers and two camp chairs – in addition to the adorable bistro set they have on every patio. If you have a lot of luggage, consider bringing a collapsing or camp table just to augment the provided furniture inside the tent. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return next time we are in the area!

I was there the end of April. Wildhaven's location is easy to find and is surrounded by Vineyards. The staff was very helpful to me and I was set up in no time, allowing me to immerse myself in the Russian River. The water was cool, nice and perfectly relaxing. This has got to be heaven. And, I met a bunch of nice people to share it with. As they said to Mikey in the cereal ad, Try it, You'll like it.

We loved our stay! We had the queen with 2 bunks. Which was perfect for me my sister (18) nephew (10) my 2 sons (7,8). There is plenty of room to walk around the tent even with all the beds. There the beds were comfy. Tent was clean. Loved having a porch to drink coffee on and there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Each tent has its own picnic table and fire pit. I love that its right on the river with trails to explore! There is real bathrooms and shower rooms! There is even propane bbqs that you can use, With more picnic table and shade. I have always loved camping but now i Absolutely love Glamping!

What an absolute gem! I live in Santa Rosa and my husband and I were looking for an easy, comfortable, and beautiful place to have a few days of stay-cation and Wildhaven Sonoma hit all the spots in every way. First off - heaters in the tents and mattress pad heaters was a total game changer for any sort of camping in February. The tent was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and I loved our little campsite (you could find me lounging in the hammock at least half of the time!). The property is gorgeous, right on the Russian River. We spent one of the days on a private beach enjoying the sound of the flowing river and even saw river otters! We also really appreciated how quiet time is taken seriously here. No loud music or raucous parties made this both an ideal romantic and family friendly setting. The bathrooms were modern, clean, and hot showers! The staff was great, friendly and super welcoming and helpful. Another highlight was seeing the all the stars every night. It's just five minutes outside the town of Healdsburg, so it felt really good to know that if we forgot anything, an easy trip into town was an option. Can't wait to come back with our friends and kiddos next time. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
