Positive: Everyone was fine. The room was fine¿ Negative: I will never want to stay at your hotel ever again. My husband of 39 years died while we were there. ( He had a bad heart) it was the worst experience ever for me!!

Very easy access to the hotel. The staff was fantastic and was very informative. There was a threat of severe weather and they keep us informed on what would happen if things became worse. The room was very nice and clean. The roll in shower is very nice, but the floors are very slick when wet. I was not expecting this location to be as nice as it was. I would stay here again!
