Very confused why you have to take two different elevators to get into the mall.

By far my favorite parking garage in the block! Spaces seem to fit all shapes and sizes. The cozy levels of concrete can turn an ordinary day into something special. We like to bring a picnic and cuddle into a corner of the bottom level. People are friendly, but there's a lot of coming and going so it's not always easy to meet people. Consider it for an anniversary to really show that special someone how much you care.

Paid in the mall on my way out as all the signs ask you to do. Then I had to wait in a long line to exit the garage (15-20 mins). I inserted the ticket I already pre-paid and had to pay another $7 cause it took so long to leave. There were two exit tolls too, but only one was open. They do this on purpose. Total scam!
