Worst experience. Lack of space and proper direction. Some of the parking slots are marked as Reserved but are actually not unless you find some patrol person and ask. I would never park here or recommend it.

This parking garage is terrible. The "pedestrian entrance" is locked and supposed to open if you scan your ticket, BUT IT DOESN'T. reviews from nine months ago confirm this. That means these people have never fixed the problem. We had to follow a car in and my wife got hit in the head by your turnstile. How is this legal, you had one job and you failed it spectacularly

Absolutely worst parking garage. The elevator doors to go into the garage or garage doors leaving the garage are ALWAYS broken. Couldn't get out today due to the daily parking garage door being down. Called for assistance and was told he/she was not on site to help. Three cars eventually needed out and after 10 to 15 minutes someone finally came to help. Highly recommend finding parking elsewhere.

Be careful parking here. The ticket to get back in does not function. That means, you will have to either wait until an employee will decide to help you or you will have to wait until a car parks inside the building. Us and 3 other couples tried everything to make our ticket open the door, this is BEFORE 11PM, and we had no success. The workers did not help at all. And communication is little to no help. **TAKE EXTREME CAUTION PARKING HERE**
