I am in the market to get a back up car for my family and is interested in the lease offer Toyota has. The offer is 3yr - 30k miles lease with 2,999 down for the LE trim. I started my communication via emails and shared the specific offer from Toyota website. Below is their response: "To answer your question, with a viable vehicle to trade in, and an available 2022 Rav4 Le (with no extra accessories) you could get close. However, this pricing does not include tax, title, license, DMV, registration fees, $650 acquisition fee, dealer options and fees. " I followed up with questions as why did even mention about trade in. Someone called me right after and tried to convince how the promo doesn't include tax and fees. I cut him short and mentioned that I can read fine prints and I am a finance professional. I wanted him to answer in yes/no if he can honor the promo. I will pay the taxes and fees and any extra option at the time of signing. He asked for over 10k as he was adding over 7k as taxes and fees. They are marking up their vehicles and trying to advantage which I strongly condemn. I would recommend people to look at CT as they have better ethics in business. I will update this review to let people know where I got the best price that people can take their business. Overall experience - terrible and I would avoid this dealership at any cost.
