Shopping tires for winter. The advertising is fraud. They stated you buy 3 tires you’ll get 4th for 1 usd and they will match the price if you show lower option at different shop.. Manager Eddie Alcaraz show bad customer service I ever experienced for my wife an daughter they was almost crying when left the shop. We provided price from Amazon it is 143$ per tire, young Toyota sells for 203$. He is argued the Amazon price doesn’t work as they doesn’t have a shop, real store, employe and it is why their price is lower. I provided Discount tire shop price which is 160$, but even he call to shop and talk with them after he is provide argument they have cheaper tire price but installation will be more expensive. Long story short - don’t believe their advertising it has hidden reason do not provide the promises. I believe anyway did you buy from them or not they need to have a respect to their customers who may comeback next time but it’s this disrespectful way to acting no arguments to come and hoping something at Young Toyota Logan. By honest I’m already was at this dealership for different reason before and didn’t experience such bad feeling after visit.

I had a great experience with Eddie in the service center. I have this hesitancy with going to car dealerships, but Eddie made the experience meaningful, easy, and memorable. I would happily come back to Young Toyota when we buy our next car!! Thank you Eddie!!
