Brought my mom for what was supposed to be a quick blood test. An appointment was at 3:10pm, we arrived at 2:40pm. Waited for an hour and a half. It was not even that busy. Total disrespect and disregard for other people's time.

Something HAS to be done about the lab appointments and wait time. It’s always at least an hour late even when you go first thing in the morning. Patients are standing because there is no place to sit for at LEAST an hour past appointment times. Everyone is great, very helpful and very friendly. Doctors are world class. My only complaint is scheduling.

No. Surgeries are done at the Monmouth and NYC locations. You can see the surgeon for your consult and post op at the Basking Ridge location
