The worst place ever. You always have to wait an hour after your appointment time to get any treatment. Very incompetent pharmacy. Your treatments will be delayed if you depend on them.

My wife had been going to the cancer center for blood disorders ever since it opened she died last October but I would highly recommend this place for the care of a person experiencing cancer. They also have support companies inside their location so it's a One-Stop place to get your treatments.

Ashley, I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty in getting scheduled with us. I have spoken to the New Patient Coordinators and was informed that you have been scheduled. Once again I apologize for any delay in communication. I hope that you'll find your experience with us going forward to be a pleasant one.

Typically 8-5 M-F but we will try to accommodate patients outside of those hours if we can. We understand sometimes we need to make an exception and will try to be flexible.
We have received nothing at this time to indicate that you are in need of a consultation with a Medical Oncologist. We have nothing to help us positively identify you as a patient at this time either. However, if you believe that you do need to see a Medical Oncologist please contact our patient coordinators so we can schedule you with an appointment. They will need to request any new records that you may have from other providers so that you can be properly cared for. Please call 817-759-7000 to schedule an appointment.
