I have only positive comments & results for Ogg Training Systems! I have been a member of this team since January '22 and as of October '22 I am officially down 68 pounds. I have tried every fad diet out there and I've never had results like this before. Russell & Heather Ogg are amazing trainers and no matter what shape/size/weight you come in, they will develop a plan that fits your needs and goals. Russell starts by taking your measurements which he then converts to a comprehensive & customized meal plan for you. I'm not going to lie, I was really worried about this meal plan when I 1st heard about it. I went from eating 2 to 3 large meals a day to 5 small meals with Russell. I thought it was going to be a complete PITA and not something I would be able to keep up as this truly was / is a lifestyle change. Thankfully I was wrong and I was able to get on board quickly and have kept up my meal plan and diet the entire time I've been with Ogg. Your meal plan isn't a one time deal either. As you progress through your journey, Russell will adjust your meals based on your overall progress to ensure that you're getting the proper nutrition at all times. You're honestly never hungry either. Really didn't expect that! Let's talk about workouts. Russell tailors your exercise to you and your fitness level. I had never lifted weights in my life before I started with Ogg and now I can't get enough of it. He truly makes it fun to work out AND there's no pressure to do something you're not comfortable with. If you can't do something because of an injury, there's no 'work through the pain' here. Russell will work with you and tweak the exercise so that you can maximize your benefits even with the injury. I continued to be surprised how Russell finds new and exciting ways to workout. It truly keeps me coming back for more and you never get bored or burnt out of the same old thing. When Russell's customized workouts are combined with the customized meal plans, Ogg Training Systems really is a true Training System, not just a workout. Russell has 3 basic package options to choose from to keep things simple. 8, 12, or Unlimited sessions a month, all of which include the customized nutrition/meal plan. I started with the 8 but quickly increased to the Unlimited after only a month or so as I was seeing results and wanted more! Last thing to talk about - Ego. It's nonexistent here. I was honestly terrified about joining at first. I was a very large man joining a personal gym, and I thought people were just going to stare and snicker at me (which has occurred at other public gyms). Not here. Everyone here is amazing. They just want to get to know you and support you. Everyone wants you to be the best 'you' you can be and offer support and congratulations throughout your journey. I truly cannot recommend Ogg Training Systems enough. Russell & Heather have truly changed my life (and honestly extended it by many years) and I look forward to continuing to work with them throughout my future goals and beyond.

I've been doing training twice a week here for a month, and today was my 8th session. I am down 16 lbs, have built muscle along the way, and the lab work ordered by my Dr came back last week and is already showing significant improvement. I signed up determined to stop the excuses and get where I want to be for good, and I'm confident if I keep showing up and sticking to my nutrition plan, I'm going to get there. I've got a long road, but it doesn't intimidate me anymore! The gym is clean. Equipment is new. You won't regret the choice to try it out!

Since our first meeting, I have felt comfortable with Russell. He provides an encouraging non-intimidating environment. He treats you with respect and is very knowledgeable. Russell sets you up for success. It’s up to you to do the rest. He pushed me past my plateau and I have made progress in just the 3 weeks that I have been there. I am excited to continue training with Russell.

Do you only train for bodybuilding competitions?

No, as a matter of fact, clients who compete are the minority. Most clients train to live healthier lives, build strength, weight loss, or other specific goals related directly to them. Clients join OGG and we make goals together if they don't currently have any.

What current training session times do you have available?

It can change by the week, but currently I have one 5:30 am, one 7:30 am, and two 9:30 am slots available.
