Our waitress was great, the food was good, atmosphere was okay, the disappointment was because of your seating policy. We will never be a guest at another Gloria's. We were out celebrating Family and we were ready to spend, spend and spend some more, but the above policy drastically made us change our minds. This is not a Family friendly restaurant. Very disappointed.

The waitress was horrible I was with a group of 5 people she was very slow and RARELY checked on us to make sure we were okay didn't even ask if the food came out good or if we needed anything. We had margaritas that were melted we waited 15 mins to get our drinks and shots we ordered . She was over at the bar laughing with the bartender. The restaurant wasn't busy at all the manager never came by either to ask if everything was okay. I had to wait forever to get a refill on WATER !! the experience was horrible !!!

If I could give 1 star I would!!! I asked for a shot of bailey's and they added half and half into my whiskey and were laughing the waitress Fernanda was very inattentive to our lunch table. For an upscale retstraunt, I feel as though this wasn't even on McDonald's level 40 lunch never again!!!
