Excellent staff and service. Use their app or call the center directly and have never had an issue. Drive an hour each way and it is well worth it!

What is going on there? It use run so smoothly, I was always impressed because I use to work for drs, scheduling, etc. I’ve been going there for five years every 3 - 5 months, now a week before my appointment I found out my appointment was canceled, no word I just happened to call in to double check time. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back, I’ve called multiple times daily. The people answering know nothing and are not helpful at all, a few have been extremely rude, this is so frustrating. I’m wondering what others are going through. I love my Dr. but this is crazy. Just now I tried again, I found out I was scheduled early morning without a word, text or voicemail… my previous appointments were always early afternoon for five years is that so hard to notice, I can’t do mornings? Was anyone going to let me know? Please go back to the way it was, it worked well!!! This was during Covid too, it still worked. Extremely frustrated!

My experience at Texas Oncology is awesome. The general staff are freindly and supportive. My Doctor is absolutely brilliant. The progress we are making is breathtaking. The gratitude I feel is enormous,I am so relieved of the constant fear and dread having this horrible disease.I have been to MD Anderson, and other clinics etc,but nothing compares to the ACTUAL RESULTS,so much so that I am inspired to address some issues that very well could impact the outcome in my personal life.Thank you Dr.Nadler for caring about me when it seemed I did not.Well I do and have very positive news for you sir.Bless you,and now I can claim I am doing everything I can to help in my healing.A very fortunate patient.!

Well, I haven't used it in awhile, but if you handicap tag or license plates used to be $3.00 and Valet parking without it was $8.00.
Right across the Baylor building. Parking structure # 4. They also have Valet parking right in front of the building.
Do you treat AML?
Hi Yvonne(: I work at this building and we are taking donations in the front reception desk with Ingrid. Thank you for donating!
No, but they have them there to use while you are visiting.
Everyone wants an early appt, they can't always staff for a heavy morning and light afternoons. If there's no patients in the midday and afternoon then it's hard to find nurses who only want a part time job in the mornings.

Yes. They can help anyone.
There is a Baylor hotel, it's not free though.
The structure of their “ropes” doesn’t allow for a lot of interpersonal one-on-one relationships at every turn ... and there are quite a few. Yet, you may find that before the circuitous day is done, you will have had a couple of opportunities to ask about and to clarify your concerns w MDs, RNs, Techs, etc.
