Steve and his crew were responsible, responsive, and talented at their job. For a very reasonable price, they did all painting we needed on our vintage (100+ year) house. They were flexible ... a couple of times we found we needed a color change, or needed an unanticipated part of the house painted (due to the effects of power washing, a heavy rain, or the way the shingles looked against the siding). They thought about the plan with us and folded new work into the job at no extra charge. I would use Sabatini Pro Painting again. I would recommend them to friends without a moment's hesitation. They are a great company!

We do finish carpentry like trim, baseboard installation, shiplap ceilings, specialty wall trim, chair-rails, and crown molding. We can also do custom work like faux beams or custom shelving setups. We don't do any rough framing and we refer those projects to trusted companies.
Yes we do. We use an HVLP sprayer as well as specific paints designated for kitchen cabinetry. All finishes used on cabinets are certified by the KCMA (Kitchen Cabinet Manufactures Association) for durability and chemical resistance. This is a very important difference and is the reason why we have a 5 year warrantee on all kitchen cabinet work. We are not the cheapest cabinet painters around, but the standards and quality of our finishes are significantly higher than the price we charge for cabinet work.
We can, but we don't do large drywall projects. We will finish a project that involves 5 or less sheets, but for projects that are strictly drywall installation and nothing else, we will refer those to a trusted company that we know will deliver quality work. If your project involves fixing a large hole in the wall or ceiling or replacing a few panels that are damaged or rotten, we will happily take care of that and make it look like right.
Yes. Green fiberglass awnings can be painted as long as they are primed properly. We like to use Sherwin-Williams EXTREME BOND primer after the awnings have been powerwashed and left to dry for a few days.
We do, but it depends on the condition of the deck. If the deck is over 15 years old and has boards that are swollen, we will recommend not painting the deck and instead investing in a new deck. If the boards are swollen to the point where water cannot pass through, there is a high risk that the paint/stain will not adhere properly. We are happy to meet for an estimate and examine it ourselves to see what the best course of action is.
Yes we can. We keep scaffolding equipment at our shop and are very familiar with these types of foyers/areas.
Yes we do. Our process involves power washing and applying two coats of LOXON XP which acts as a finish as well as a sealant.
