It deserves 0 stars. The girl Adrianna got the worst attitude all day everyday, whenever you can get her on the phone she answers with an attitude, she clearly hates her job. It’s dirty, infested, falling apart, there is no cameras. Walls are thin as hell. Bathroom was falling apart water always leaking from the ceiling. They never update anything and you can never get in-contact with the suppose to be her to fix anything she gon make sure she slip that rent note under the door but ignore every complaint. And the laundry room is always dirty.. the rent is not worth it there is so many other/better places you could rent!!!! Trust me

The apartments are nice. Not for sure if your asking about if it is a big section? But the complex is nice its from A-H. They have 1-2 bdrm apts all utilities are included except for certain ones its $50.00 a month for those certain apt. Only thing no wheelchair accessibility and no elevators. It only have three floors.
I was a former tenant here there usually isn't a wait list because people move out so much, i would not recommend moving here due to the recent shootings inside the complex , pest infestation, and strangers abusing drugs in hallways, please save your money and time and do not move here.
