Tried to make this work as I love doctor rowell and her nurse Erica but unfortunately the office manager is extremely rude. I tried to explain to her what I had done and she started saying my name over and over loudly to interrupt to get an answer to another question and doesn't listen. This is not the first time and I've heard from at least 4 other patients Melissa has been equally rude and disrespectful to them (im not even the only review agreeing on this fact). Waiting for a referral solely so I don't have to be disrespected any further. Sorry doctor rowell, you're the best!

HIPAA Violations DO NOT GO HERE

Definitely the rudest office I have ever been to. The office staff, including physician's assistants, talk negatively and laugh at all patients behind their back. You can hear word for word what they are saying through the walls. While I was there, I heard them mock and make fun of every single patient, including myself. Not only is this extremely rude, disrespectful, and humiliating, it is also a major violation of HIPAA regulations as I heard specific details of patient's prognoses and their full names. I have heard several people throughout the years complain about these same problems. If I could rate this office as zero stars I would.

I was seen as an out of state walk in. All office staff that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. PA was very knowledgeable and kind.
