I wd give them a 0 I if could. For an annual physical which should be of no cost thru my insurance company I was still made to pay a $50 co-pay , then 10 months later I got a almost $300 bill, then they denied my claim even tho I provided the paperwork their own drs/PA signed validating it was indeed an annual physical and not how they “coded” it as an urgent care visit then changed it to an initial employment physical that wasn’t covered. If anyone actually opened my attachment to see the annual physical paperwork, there would have been no dispute. It took many many months of follow up because they have been non Responsive, then denied claim. So I’m not taking it to the Better Business Bureau !!! Do you reallly have to conduct your business in this fashion for $250 !!! Terrible !! I’ve got better things to do !!!

They can, but they usually want it to be within a 24 hour window from the cut.
