I injured my thumb while in town for a wedding and was able to come to get X-rays and have a minor procedure done and then go back to the wedding. There was a bit of a wait but the staff, nurse, x-ray tech, and doctor were all so kind and made the experience as positive as it could be! They also changed my prescription from the CVS to the Walmart when we realized CVS was already closed, so I was able to get the prescription promptly before heading back to the wedding! All in all a very positive experience!

If I could I would give no stars. No one was in the place and they told me it would be an hour wait for my daughter to just be seen my a doctor. Not friendly at all. Don’t recommend this urgent care. When I can go to brockport’s and be seen right away and always friendly there.

Had to go here yesterday for a ear infection I was in and out in less then 10 mins they make it super convenient to do all pre-registration online so when it was my appointment time I was call right in no waiting around it room waiting to see nurse and then Dr both came right in and staff were super friendly..I so recommend this urgent care...so 3 weeks later has to go back here for yet another ear infection and they were so sweet the dr was so kind everyone was so sweet and kind they had true concern my nurse really understood the pain I was in if I could rate this place on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be 10 would give way over 10 if they have that option
