After first checking website to verify open hours, my wife and I drive 15 miles to convenient care mount Carmel then 15 back only to find facility closed at 515pm when supposed to be open till 8pm on Friday Oct 28, Please update website . Very disappointed, geisinger is better than this !!

Waiting room was the size of a office cube. PACKED with very sick small children. Absolutely no privacy for your personal information!!!☹

Older receptionist was quite rude and refused to have me seen due to arm pain ( which occurred at work and I told her that) along with my chest feeling like an elephant was sitting on it( just no pain). When I assured the woman I didn't need an er she refused to see me. So I proceeded to ask if the receptionist had a 4 to 8 yr degree stating she can make that call.

Rudest receptionist ever! They have a attitude as soon as we walked in. This is not the first time either. The doctors are always nice and friendly but the ladies at the front desk are always so rude!
