So much wait time, I got a call while waiting that we will go in right away, 15 minutes later, we are still waiting

Don’t do it to yourself, they had us waiting almost 4hr. The waiting room was so dirty,the person upfront had the worst attitude. You can’t even ask a question without getting a nasty response. You’re better off going to Citymd. Even getting called in, we had to wait to see the Doctor. The doctor walked in and you can tell she didn't want to be there, didn't answer any questions we asked. She just walked out without giving us heads up, no information, anything.

If you want a faster transaction, I recommend you make an appointment. Walk in service you may wait up to 2hours whereas a appointment my only have you waiting for 30mins!! The staff are sweet and very helpful, if it wasn’t for the nurse in the back that did my urine test I would have given less stars!! But more staff needs to be hired for a lesser wait time

They should be open today please check the website. When I went in recently due to rise in covid walk ins is very limited. I would suggest you call before going.

I got a rapid test done twice and got my results directly from them in less than a half hr. I'm not sure what the procedure is for a regular test. I'm sorry.
They do accept insurance and you do not have to pay anything, just carry your insurance and ID/Drivers license.
