This office does not respect your privacy and will say your address, phone number, and procedures done out loud so others near you can hear. This is a violation of your HIPPA rights. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if you will sit there for an extended amount of time to be seen. I waited for an hour to be seen for a basic yearly exam. In addition to this, they will find any reason to charge you and ask you to continue coming back so they can benefit from addition copay visits. I drove an hour for my appointment and when I got there I was surprised and told it to be a couple hundred dollars to be able to proceed with my appointment of the day. This was a follow up from an annual exam. When I asked why I wasn’t advised in advance like I was for other appointments of what additional charges there would be, Dana condescendingly said “well health care isn’t free”. I had every expectation of paying, I wasn’t able to make this surprise financial commitment today. When asked if I could be billed, they told me no and treated me as if I was begging for free services when in reality I only asked if this charge could be taken care of later. I took time out of my work day and drove two hours for absolutely nothing. This practice only care about your money, not your actual well-being. There are so many other OBGYN offices that are more professional, ethical, and genuinely care about your health. Don’t go here!

I switched to Dr. Thoppil because of inadequate care I was receiving with my previous physician and after my first visit with him, I was so glad I did. I chose him after reading numerous great reviews about him, hoping they were true. Let me tell you, they are! Dr. Thoppil was extremely professional and knowledgeable yet compassionate. He made me feel very comfortable and took the time to really listen to me and allow me to ask questions then he explained things in detail so that I could understand. He was very thorough and patient. I never felt rushed. He validated and eased my concerns and gave me an honest evaluation and opinion for treatment. He instilled my trust in his care, competence and treatment plan. His clinic is also run efficiently. His staff was very friendly, helpful and immediately responsive. They were really on top of it to help me get my records transferred and get me an appointment right away. I was also taken in at my appointment time which was a pleasant change. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Thoppil and would strongly recommend him.

Dana Wicker is absolutely amazing. She is so empathetic, so knowledgable, she has great bedside manner, etc. I can't say enough great things about her. I have pretty severe medical PTSD and she goes out of her way to ensure I feel safe, comfortable, and heard each appointment. I drive nearly 40 minutes to see her each time and its always worth it. I highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you Dana!!!
