About a year ago, I purchased a mattress from this store. I was stuck between a few different mattresses, but Matt was the reason I chose the tempur pedic mattress that I love so much! I have to say, his service and knowledge goes much beyond helping a customer find the right bed... I financed my mattress for 0% interest for 24 months. Fast forward 1 year, and the bank that works for Mattress firm was trying to charge me $780 in interest that I truly didn't owe. They wouldn't reverse the charges, and were very rude to me on the phone. In a last ditch effort to save my hard earned money, I called Matt at Mattress Firm Lake Geneva. Immediately, his red flag went up, and he assured that he was going to go to-bat for me on the issue. He brought up the initial signed paperwork that proved it was a 24 month 0% interest, and within a couple of hours, called me back to inform me that he had smoothed things over. All of my stress about losing almost $800 was relieved because of the hard work and efforts of one man, Matt! Mattress Firm, I hope you read this, because employees like this are NOT COMMON. I'm extraordinarily grateful for his help, and for saving me the struggle and loss of money. Thank you so much for your help, and God Bless!

My husband and I visited Mattress Firm in hopes of finding a mattress that we could both agree on not even knowing we would be purchasing in the same visit. Peter assisted us in showing us and explaining various different mattress brands, firmness options, as well as upgrade options. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your wants and concerns, never tried to push the most expensive mattress on us for the sake of a sale. We left feeling confident and educated about our purchase and cannot for better nights of sleep ahead!

Matt,Peter and Tom was so wonderful!! I was there for 15 minutes and notice how they work well together. Matt made the buying experience stress free. He didn’t pressure me to buy at that moment but I did buy a hybrid bed with accessories! Looking forward to having it delivered Monday! Keep up the great work and customer service!

Peter and Matt(the other guy) were excellent helping us out searching for a new mattress for our daughter. They reviewed what I would call all price levels of mattresses, differences in stiffness, and all the different materials. They also helped us purchase the sheet package, and mattress protector, which I didn’t know as humans we sweat like a pint a week into the mattress which, is gross, but like I said, never knew that. From now on will always purchase the protector. Ever wonder why your mattress is heavier the older it gets? Anyways, great group to work with, will be back to Peter and the other guy on our next purchase.
