I visited the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin store to purchase new phone last week, which can be a stressful transaction,.... but I worked with Cameron Chagnard in the phone department who was absolutely amazing! He absolutely knows his stuff. Cam was kind, efficient, and professional. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you so much!... Caryn

Drove 45 minutes to pick up an item listed as open box good condition, when I got home the dyson vacuum was missing all attachments, charger, mount, missing the cover to where the vacuum collects the trash, this was not in good condition, this was trash condition, Crystal Lake location was not sure why they sold it because it was obviously not something they would have sold as open-box per their standards. Damaged product and missing all attachments.

Generally overpriced and understocked. They follow the same business plan Sears did. Sell an item at discount then only warranty it if you buy an overpriced service contract. Didn't work for Sears and won't for Best Buy. Selling service contracts and doing warranty work as your main money maker is a clear sign Best Buy is about to to follow the path of former greats Sear and Circuit City.

I was able to make a purchase online and pickup with no issue in about an hour turn around time. I've had to go in for some hardware and was easily helped and not badgered for anything more.

Yes
Usually not but always best call ahead
One of the few places that wipe down the customer card system between each customer.
No, but the Best Buy in Gurnee offers battery replacement 🔋
Give best buy a call , I would think they would have replacement remotes.
If you have a Geek Squad Protection Plan on it and within reasonable damage or accidents yes they could send out to repair. If not check your camera's manufacturer warranty time frame? They could help just as well, hope it helps.
Labor day typically starts at 12:01 am and runs until 11:59 pm. Its usually some time after summer in September.
