Wanted to get a cut before going out of town and don't feel comfortable going somewhere I don't know. Here they know what guides to use and my preferences just with my phone number. This visit a new person which is ok if they understand my quirks about not using clippers on top of hair. She calmed me down before cutting because she saw I was not breathing. Cut it just how I wanted it , I wanted to go shorter so we did a bit and then she recommended stopping there so it looked fuller. I agree and a couple days before New Years I gave her a decent tip for a great visit. Thanks

They were very rude. I came in to get my 2 and 3 year old a haircut. I said I'd like to trim it and see if I want to go shorter and she was like "no we'd have to charge you for 2 haircuts" then when it came to my 2 year olds turn they wouldn't let him sit on my lap. Because of new covid rules so he didn't get his haircut. I will be going to cost cutters from now on. I won't be going back both the ladies were very rude, snippy, and unprofessional.
