Won't order from Ashley again. Delivery didn't come when it was supposed to (after multiple confirmations) we waited all day. Then we were told it was our fault for not confirming ( we did ) and we were blamed multiple times by customer service. Then we were told parts of our order weren't coming for months so it would only be partial delivery. Then everything showed up on the delivery. No one knows whats going on over there at any level and its just massive ineptitude. I would say the actual delivery team was fine and did a good job with assembly. Really frustrating experience. Furniture itself is fine for the price. ** Editing this to say that the furniture is falling apart. Brand new and we barely use it because it is so flimsy. We literally had one family dinner on it in the few months we owned it. There's a huge chip in the base and when it was repaired, we found the whole center underneath piece was totally cracked, assuming during assembly ** Buyer beware!

How can a company this big be such full of s*!*. Ordered a couch in store with a baby about to be here and made arrangements and even accommodated the store for the delivery pushed it a week back for them to make sure all of our stuff was ordered and delivered the same day instead of 2 trips. Signed all the paperwork and paid money after we got done the sales lady said something a little discouraging “all sales are final, no refunds, but if you want in store credit we can do that.” Anyways couch was suppose to be delivered the 21st then 25th then 27th now October 4. Very frustrated with my experience and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. How can you still be in business with the way you treat your customers.

Went to Ashley during the labor day sale to order living room furniture. Placed an order and was given a delivery dat, that date has now been changed 3 times not by weeks but by months. This is the worst customer service ever because I was not even made aware there might be an issue with supply. I could have chosen a different set, I will not be going through with my order and I definitely won't be placing another order or telling anyone else to.

Due to the pandemic, all major furniture retailers are experiencing the same delays.

Their policy goes this way one you must purchase at the time you bought the Tempurpedic mattress protector to you must sleep on it for 30 days three you must notify the store that you want to re-select within 90 days of purchase. The Comfort guarantee is to allow you to select another set of bedding of equal value however there is no refund or cancellation
Not sure probably depends on what you buy ie clearance. I would advise to look online or call the store. I would think its probably not stern but maybe a reshelving fee.
If they have already set up the items and forgot a piece. Speak to the store manager then corporate.
