One swab and two hours later, the test was done. Fast and simple. No wait time. Compared to other places I got results in 2 hours after a fast swab. CVS and other locations gives results in 3-4 days. Prices were cheaper too. Highly recommend.

Very professional, very quick PCR testing. And went above and beyond, by being willing to help fill out a form for us. Really can't recommend them enough!

Zero customer support. Zero verification regarding my cancellation or refund. Called them and cant get through unless you act as though you’re ready to test. Called them and received no response from their so-called refund department. They basically stole my money. Fyi, you have to create a bank dispute to deal with these fraud folks because they are negligent. Basically, i had a appointment on the 28th, called and inquired when the results would be ready, they would not be ready when needed, i asked about the cancellation process and they assured i would receive a refund, i then cancelled, didn’t receive email confirmation, called and asked about that, they assured me the correct department would issue it. Called on the 31st asking why I didn’t receive a call, they assured everything was ok, i sent an email after the call, received no verification email of my email, also no refund. There you have it. Unprofessional, no accessible customer support, no refund, no auto-email verifications, no human responses/replies to my physically sent emails. Do not use this place. Go to the mobile covid clinic (covidclinic.org) in Grapevine and your results will be ready in an hour and the customer service is reliable

Questions & Answers

I was diagnosed with Covid last Friday, Sep 3. I have nearly no symptoms. I am taking Sudafed and Zyrtec (antihistamine) for the summer cold symptoms I do have. When do you recommend I come back for re-test?

One of our trained medical professionals will collect a nasal swab from the patient while the patient waits in their car. The team member comes inside, processes the sample (it takes 10-15 minutes to process), and comes back out to notify the patient of the results. If the patient is unable to wait, we can always give them a call with he results.

How long does it take for me to get results?

Rapid results are available within 15 minutes of sample collection. Antibody results are available within 24-48 hours. COVID-19 PCR results for samples that are collected on a week day are available within the same day by midnight. COVID-19 PCR results for samples that are collected on Saturday or Sunday are available the following Monday Evening.

How old do you have to be to get tested?

We can test at any age! If you'd like to have a saliva test instead of a nasal swab, just make sure you don't eat, drink, or smoke within 30 minutes of the appointment time. Please note that saliva testing is available only to individuals that can spit, it is not an oral swab, it is a spit collection.
