I had breast augmentation (saline implants) done by Dr. Liland in September 2002! I was 27 and elated by the results physically and even mentally. Not that I would ever suggest someone go 20 years w/o replacement, I unfortunately haven't been able to get them replaced. I still feel like it was a wonderful decision and would do it (replacement) in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. I was thrilled to see Dr. Liland was still in Dallas and hopefully someday I can re-visit him. I actually gave out his name to many people over the years even when living in Phoenix working as a flight attendant.
