Outside the gate on the street. You can make it work
I was able to park on the side street that runs in front of the plant. Its wide. The lot is open. But I'm not sure they allow overnight parking. There is a TA nearby, but get there early. Pay to park. Free with 60 gallon purchase or $25 in receipts.
