I love these apartments! I moved to Austin and was having a hard time finding a nice, affordable apartment with amazing amenities outside the city. Most of them were super over priced and or outdated appliances. Here I found beautiful stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, hardwood floors in common areas, mine even came with a balcony. The office were kind and super helpful in finding what I needed in the time frame. Maintenance team have been outstanding they are quick with getting things fixed and very reliable. They do a great job on keeping the community clean, the pool is sparking during the summers and I couldn't have picked a better property! Thank you Springs at Lakeline team!

My experience has been great for the 3 years that I have lived here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and immediately replies to all emails and requests made. The apartment complex is pretty brand new so I never had issues with the appliances (washer, Dryer, dishwasher, AC). This is by far my favorite place that I have lived in and wish I could stay here longer. You wont be disappointed with living here and special shout out to Smyrna and Vince!

Freaking management. Our car has been towed when we came to visit our friends for one hour. I understand they want to avoid extra cars in their parking spots due to their shortage. But why your residents don't know about it anything? Why do other complexes have special services for registration of guests' cars, but your residents even are not informed? Of course, you can say that residents signed an agreement when moved in several years ago and there was this information. But if you really worry about your parking occupancy, you should periodically notify your customers

Correct! First two numbers are the building number, the third number (either 1 or 2) determines first or second floor, and the last two numbers determine what unit it is.

We are very pet friendly! We actually have 2 pet parks in our community, and you’re always welcome to bring your furry friend by the clubhouse for a treat!
