We rented a cabin Summit Solitude and had the worse nightmare experience you can imagine. We paid $4100 for a weekend. Description plainly says 6 bedrooms. There are only 5. They consider a closet in the hallway a bedroom because it has a couch. Cabin Summit Solitude sleeps 14. Descriptions says all towels and wash cloths are supplied there are a total of 6 wash clothes. We called and two days later they still have not supplied them. We have called multiple times and keep being told they are own the way with some. 1 Bedroom has a major water leak and the carpet in saturated with water. It has an indoor pool and the water is so low that the waterfalls don’t work. I know unexpected things happen but this cabin should have been closed until all repairs were fixed.

Absolutely beautiful views from all levels. Cabin was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to make some meals for our family. We will plan to book again for sure using Timber Tops!!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The grandkids enjoyed the gaming and pool tables. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Thanks for a great time.

No I don't know of any but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Call Timber Tops. Bet they can help. They have lots of property! And we loved our experience with them. Hope that helps a little.
We got a call our cabin was ready early. I'm sure it helped that noone was departing the day of our arrival. Due to the 8.5 hour drive there, we unfortunately didnt get to take advantage of the extra time though. We needed to be out by 10am.
This is actually the best thing Timber Tops has to offer. While their customer care is in the toilet and they are unable to correctly manage cabins the free tickets are to shows that they are NOT affiliated with so your going to thoroughly enjoy them. These are not balcony or left over seating tickets. You will be treated and seated like all full price paying guests.
There are quite a few in Gatlinburg. All you have to do is go down main street, they are all over and alot of people are willing to help there.

We stayed in Bear Climbing Getaway, and it had two king bedrooms!
There is a community pool.
Coffee filters, coffee, tea, cooking oil, anything food wise you want to cook.
Afterglow is located up Walker trail on panther way.it has a small front porch that all you see are trees. The side porch with the hot tub has a nice view of the mountains.
As soon as cabin is ready they usually let you check in. I got a text that morning letting me know i could check in at noon. 😁
Spent XMas at Holly Berry, stunning views beautiful cabins. Where we were roads accessible but had no snow, however if did..could get up w 4 WD but no way getting down if icy....steep and switchback curves. BE SURE to verify directions as exact....ours were wrong from Timber Top and addresses dont match up w GPS. WHEN YOU GET THERE SAVE YOUR GPS LOCATION AS HOME....YOU WILL NEED IT.GPS TAKES YOU UP ONE WAY OUT ANOTHER. Cabins are spectacular and well stocked. Have fun.
We stayed in voices kerry. It way up the Mountain. We didn't go In winter but I'm sure they keep the roads cleared. Took maybe 10 minutes to get to the main pidgeon forge drag. I would definitely call timber tops about Mountain roads in the winter.
I cancelled well within the time limit, lost my WHOLE deposit+ cash for travel insurance! BEWARE! These people will scam you.
Certain cabins may have access to a resort pool. Example, if u rent a cabin in chalet village, legacy mountain, or hidden springs you will have access to the pool for that area.
