We stayed in voices kerry. It way up the Mountain. We didn't go In winter but I'm sure they keep the roads cleared. Took maybe 10 minutes to get to the main pidgeon forge drag. I would definitely call timber tops about Mountain roads in the winter.
On an average it would be around 25 minutes. This is in reference to alamo restaurant at Pigeon Forge. Please be also aware that the drive is not that easy as there are pretty challenging turns..
