Very bad the experience I had when calling for the first time trying to get an appointment. I chose this place because of the good comments that have already been published previously, but the receptionist who answered my call was rude and impolite without further ado. She hung up on me. I don't doubt that the reviews are good about the doctor, but in my opinion the receptionist lacks much respect towards the patients

Doctor and office staff are the best. I would recommend them to anyone needing a Dermotologist. Went into office on several occasions upset with what I was going through. They were always so kind, understanding and compassionate. They assured me everything would be ok and thanks to Dr. O. it is. Wonderful doctor and staff!

This is one of the few offices in my network. I called for an emergency appointment and was told that the next available appointment was in 6 months for a new patient. Then I was told if I previously visited the office I could get an appointment in a much more reasonable time frame. I asked what should I do and was told to go to Urgent Care. Urgent Care instructed me to call for the appointment with the dermatologist. I am sure the Doctor may be great but these practices seems unethical. You are listed as a Aetna provider in their portal accepting new patients. Terrible.

Dr. Osmundson is an exceptional dermatologist and surgeon. Her staff is friendly and prompt. I am very grateful for the fine surgery she gave me this week Her assistant in the procedure, Christina, was an exceptional person as well.
