I was traumatized ONCE by the vandalism!!!… THEN BY the Horrible customer service of BRICK GLASS!!… Rep name J (female) was horribly RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!…I called on 10/26 and emailed photos and measurements as instructed!… was called back(10/28) on home # not contact # given!!!!…. I returned phone call 10/29 & 30. FINALLY Reached rep Ms. J on 11/01, was called back given a 1/2 opening and told MUST have $150 check in order to take measurements. When I questioned rep…. Was told ‘NEVER MIND WE’RE NOT COMING!!!!… PERIOD/ GOOD BYE!’… was simply confused!!!… IS THIS HOW THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS???!!!

I called basically at the last minute for an emergency fix and Jess (I hope I heard correct on the phone) was kind and helpful on the phone. They were able to send me someone right away. Jake came and started working right away and he noticed a crack on the glass he brought and told us he would bring another one right away. I didn’t catch the name of the older gentleman that came with the new glass but he also did a great job. Thank you for working late and getting the job done right all in the same day! Very professional!

Do not go here! The owners are extremely rude and do not stand by their product. When we brought our glass table top home and unwrapped it, we saw a crack in the glass. We called and they will not do anything about it. Lesson learned make sure you have them unwrap and I inspect your purchase before you take it home! NEVER AGAIN will I give this place any business! They didn’t care at all as long as they have their CASH OR CHECK!
