Your unlocked door says “Dine-In open til 10” however your employee tells me drive thru only. Well lock your door. 7 cars in your drive thru is the reason I came in. Also to actually sit down and eat.

Friendly staff. Clean and enough space for our larger party of 8 to sit together. Excellent chicken, fresh salads, and tasty sauces. A lot of the drink options were out when we went, but there were plenty of choices that we all were able to still get something we liked. I'd recommend giving this place a try.

They still sell cheddar bites but no longer serve marinara. Thats weird to me, but otherwise its the zaxbys you expect.

We ordered the boneless wing meal. We had ordered two of them. One of them we substituted the fries for slaw. Both are suppose to come with Texas toast and a drink regardless. We picked it up right before it closed cause it was the time we got over there. One of our meals had fries but no Texas toast. The other meal had Texas toast but no slaw. So we had a meal with just the fries and 5 piece chicken and the other the 5 piece chicken and bread. The meals aren’t that hard to put together and just because it was close to closing time don’t mean you should cheat people for what they pay for. This is the third time we have had something missing from an order from this location. We will not be coming back to this location for any of our orders when we are in town or in the area. You are paying for a meal and what it says comes with it but yet you have items missing from it. They have no problem taking your money but not fulfilling the order. Very disappointed in Zaxby’s concord.
