Derrick and the team at White Bear Lincoln are wonderful! I had recently purchased a 2020 used Corsair and there was some “creaking” under the front end and my driver seat was “shifting” from side to side by a “1/2” all when making turns in the roundabout. When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a car to use and got in 2 days later! Erick the maintenance guy test drive with me to listen for the problem and verified he heard it. Derrick called me to give status update and I was going out of town for weekend and they continued to let me use their car. Then when they called me on Tuesday the car was done to pick it up, it was 100% covered under warranty, thanks be to God no hassle cause I just bought it! I tested again and all noise was gone and drove like new! Love the team at White Bear Lincoln and highly recommend them!

Service was prompt and service manager was very professional. The service that I had done was a oil change and check up of fluids, brakes air pressure of tires etc. I look at what I had done was basic service on a brand new truck and didn’t require anything, but I appreciated the pleasant customer service.
