Today I went in, after having my eyes dilated, to order dinner. I was essentially blind because I couldn't read anything. I spoke to the young woman at the counter and explained why I couldn't see but I had a gift card I would like to use. This going woman took the time to download the app I needed on my phone, help me get signed in and connect my gift card. She went above and beyond what she had to do. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but it was around 4pm 7/27/22. She was phenomenal.

Employees are sweet but don’t pay attention to detail when it comes to ringing in or preparing the food. I ordered veggie chili and received beef chili. I realized a couple bites in. I’m a vegetarian and haven’t eaten meat in 4 years so this is disheartening for me. More attention to detail and not rushing the food out just to get it out would make this place a lot better. I love mcalisters but I won’t be returning to this location.

Food is pretty decent, service is is great. The only complaint that I have is that the last 2 times I came here, they didn’t have any baked potatoes ready…. This place is know for there spuds…. Other than that it’s good

The New Yorker is the best I've ever had! This place makes Panera look and tast like a McDonald's! Club was small but top quality deli meats. Didn't have a full piece of bacon but tasted superb!
