Just ok. Front desk staff is great, friendly and attentive. The grounds and rooms need attention. The bathroom was visibly dirty, tub stained and scummy. Hallways smell and there was trash about. The room itself wasn't bad, the furniture was updated but it was clearly neglected by housekeeping. The area is great, close to light rail, food and entertainment. Edited to remove a few stars. Encountered a dead mouse in the hallway.

I booked the room through Westgate a day in advance for three days, paid for it through Westgate and got confirmation from the hotel itself. This is for an out of town visit from Kentucky, 400 miles away. I reached the hotel the next day at about 7pm , went to the front desk to check in and they had my reservation but didn't have a room for me. I asked the front desk clerk, what she meant because I had a reservation and all she would say is that they don't have a room for me. I asked her about the money that I had already paid and she told me to call Westgate I called Westgate and they called the hotel and were told that the hotel overbooked, I had to find another hotel. This is a horrible way of doing business!.

I want to shout out Matt he’s the most hard working person in this place he always knows how to help and always willing to help only good thang about this place. Other then that this place has bugs and mice/rats always smell like smoke and weed.

The stay here is great so far Drexel has been a life saver he always has the same attitude every time I come to him. Thanks to the whole staff may my stay here continue to be great
