Only 2 people in the store when I ordered... Brrrrrruh! I'll still be waiting when yall read this. Taco bell side of kitchen is 10 minutes quicker than KFC. Also, I ordered a kfc meal that comes with a cookie (supposedly). I didn't receive the cookie. I said this to the employee. She said "we don't have any." I said "I didn't get my meal any cheaper." She said "the cookie is complimentary." That makes ZERO sense. If it's on my receipt as part of the purchase, then give me the item, replace the item, or reduce the price of the combo. My fries were turned upside down. I know this because I checked them in restaurant. I ain't asking for much. I just want what I paid for. And preferably in a container and not scattered about the bag.

This location needs a complete over haul. I understand current times and the lack of good quality help out there but this kfc and the management have no idea what they are doing. If you are unable to fulfill orders then you need to close the dining room and only have a drive thru. I waited 23 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a fry. I ended up getting my money back once the employee told me that they were working on Taco bell orders not KFC orders. ummmm YOU should be working on the orders in the order which they were placed.

Try to order from here many times, because it is close to home. Completely missing many items from any order. Always wrong items and sides are never fulfilled. Did an order for delivery on their website, had them refuse to give my food to several driver's after 3 hours still had no food and manager refused to give me refund and they were all laughing like it was a joke and now I am out $60 and my family has nothing to eat. Kfc needs to get this location under better management that actually cares about customers.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo didn't recieve my drink on top of that there's a huge piece of duck tape in my mac and cheese! Called the store to speak with management and they picked up and hung up on me everytime! I've also contacted corporate a few times could never speak with an agent! I filed a complaint with kfc online as well as door dash this is ridiculous I will never order from here again! I don't advise anyone else to either no telling whatever is done to the food! I through everything out! Disgusting and poor management! Lawsuit! You can't sell people food with duck tape it in!!
