I haven't had truly 5-star service in YEARS and honestly, I've stopped expecting it. But I was pleasantly surprised by my recent trip to Pico de Gallo last weekend. The service was fast, friendly, and thorough. The server had the tortillas and condiments out before the meals arrived, which was genius. No waiting around for ketchup or whatever. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner, all our food came out accurately, quickly, and super hot. And the tortillas were homemade and so good. We also appreciated the security guard patrolling the parking lot because coming from out of town, we had a lot of valuables in the car and that gave us peace of mind. Anyway, I could go on.
One small area to improve is that the ceiling decorations are really dusty and my 6'4" brother had to duck past the grossness to get to the bathroom. Most people wouldn't notice, but it's a pain being tall.
