We had a great stay, we loved our room because it felt wonderful and cozy, the beds were very comfortable with very soft pillows, and the bathroom was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our service was great and friendly. Crystal is a star at the front desk, and she is AMAZING. We had loved our experience and will book another weekend there again soon. 👍👍

The staff from start to finish was fantastic! Philip made checkout easy and he was super nice! The rooms were great...beds comfy and shower was excellent with great water pressure. The lobby was beautiful and all updated. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Coffee always available in the lobby and I felt very safe in the parking lots. Overall great prices and experience and I will stay here for all my future visits to Charlotte! Great job Quality Inn!

We get to the hotel check in and my room is on the 3rd floor. We go in and there are 2 stink bugs in the room. I leave for a few hours to come back to 8 more in the room at 11pm. I had to pack my things to go down to the 1st floor after telling the front desk. Note I had to go all the way downstairs to speak with them due to not having a phone in the room on the 3rd floor but there was a phone in the room on the 1st floor. I was also with a few friends and this not only happened to our room but theirs as well. The next day I had to attend a show to come back with my hands full and my room key not to work. Let's just say I will not be coming back and don't waste your money here just not worth it. Asked for a manager never heard anything.

Check In was quick. Everything was alright in the room. There was a musty man smell when I entered the room. The wood floors was dusty. Small wear and tare on the room but overall great. Nice staff, nice location (right off the freeway). Great breakfast.
