Drive from Columbia for Lego event that stated one time and when we arrived they were shutting down in 15mins, looked at us like we were stupid, didn't give us our vip bags we purchased so not only did we get screwed out of our experience my money was ripped off too. Screw any events here in the future !Great customer service, NOT

Location is in between convenient and places you don't want to be. We went for a day event, won't blame the facility for the independent event. Definitely understaffed.

It was a decent experience. The people were awesome but the car show experience wasn’t worth $30 a person. The fact that they charged so much was insane.

I have called them for updates so many times and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS. The governor has open retail to FULL capacity with mask and they still will not allow shows of any kind. This place is an Absolute Waste of Time.

The floor has outlets available but you may have to run extension cords depending on your location and how far it is from an outlet. As far as alcohol is concerned, I have seen it served in "after hours" events and in an open bar setting with wrist bands for verification. I have not been at a "family focused" event so unfortunately I can not accurately answer that portion of your question. Sorry.
Dogs are allowed at the expo center for some events. You will have to check with the organizers of the event you wish to attend.

I would imagine it's only service animals allowed given the event doesn't own the venue. The event should have a contact number or ask someone at event.
One big room
Uptown is not far from expo center that's where I would look for a room.
