Charged my card for “red velvet” cookies that I did not receive and REFUSED to return my money even after ADMITTING that they didn’t send the red velvet cookies! Very fraudulent. Would not recommend this place.

I’m giving 5 stars because even with all the confusion with them being out of milk and forgetting to refund then I call and they refund it then later on I lost contact with the Uber driver because he completed the order then took my food since he couldn’t follow instructions on how to get to my house. Had I known they used Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered I’ve never had a good experience with Uber eats. BUT in the midst of all this the insomnia cookies staff was so helpful and nice I really felt like my order and my experience mattered to them! Got fully refunded and everything worked out perfectly keep up the great work insomnia cookies!

Usually I order from here and it goes fine. However, my most recent order was a trainwreck. First of all, our store wasn't carrying the peanut butter chip, which is a sin in itself. Secondly, I was sent a text from insomnia cookies stating I would receive my order within 20 to 30 minutes. But 50 minutes after that text, i got a text from Doordash saying the order would be another entire 45 minutes later!! The cookies came late. They weren't very warm, they weren't very big, and even though we ordered a 12 pack we only received 11 cookies. I feel cheated and sad. I usually love this place but won't be ordering again for a while, especially if they don't have the peanut butter.

So this was my first time trying insomnia cookies. It didn’t get off to a great start but ended fantastic. I was passing through St Louis on my way to TN and ordered delivery from this location around 8pm. At almost 9pm, still no cookies so I called the store and they offered a refund. The manager called me the next day and apologized and not only replaced my order but doubled my order for the trouble. Totally wasn’t their fault, it was the delivery service Uber Eats that clearly has a habit of stealing orders which is just sad at this time of year. Thank you Insomnia Cookies for great customer service!
