Do yourself a favor and just go to Knoxville. Any time I've needed to contact this place, the person we talk to is hateful and unhelpful. It's been that way as long as I can remember. They told us that they couldn't get me in for some shots for a month, yet when we drive by, there are only 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Then, they tried to argue with us over one of the shots ordered by my vascular surgeon. If you hate your job so much that you need to be hateful, then why not find a job where you don't deal with people? If you don't know something, you'll get a lot more respect by just admitting it.

Most Rude and Ignorant place I've EVER been! One of the nurses (and I'm complimenting her calling her that, because she was NOWHERE near a medical professional) tried to start an argument with me, literally ever other time I was there! These people must have got there medical training at Idiots-R-Us, because None of them knew what they were doing!!!! And the only reason I gave them one star, is because there's no minus stars!!!

After trying for several days, still unable to get an appt. for the virus for me and my husband. He is 80 with underlying heath conditions and I am 77 with no underlying health issues. Is there anything more we can do to get the appt. Have tried the website every day but it states that the registrations have closed. Please help!!!
